JLL reports the following deals:

HGST, a Western Digital Company, leased 18,542 square feet at 5500 Central Ave. in Boulder. Eric Brynestad handled lease negotiations.

Kaiser Permanente leased 17,083 square feet at 7901 E. Lowry Blvd. in Denver. Todd Roebken handled lease negotiations.

BKD LLP leased 19,285 square feet at 1801 California St. in Denver. Greg Bante handled lease negotiations.

The State of Colorado leased 165,764 square feet at 1560 Broadway St. in Denver. Patrick Bolick handled lease negotiations.

REGUS leased 23,512 square feet at 8400 E. Crescent Parkway in Greenwood Village. Andrew Cullen handled lease negotiations.

Time Warner Cable leased 88,494 square feet at 12101 Airport Way in Broomfield. Daniel McGowan handled lease negotiations.

Comcast Cable Communications leased 33,579 square feet at 1515 Wynkoop St. in Denver. Todd Roebken handled lease negotiations.

Broad Street Realty reports the following deal:

Adventure Dental leased 8,203 square feet at 6695-6699 W. Colfax Avenue. Jack Buchanan, Forrest Bassett and Melissa Nochlin handled lease negotiations.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Lam & Ho Investments, LLC bought a 4,429-square-foot retail building at 1225 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver from Rajesh & Ritu Jain for $962,500. Justin Krieger handled sale negotiations.

Kairos Holdings bought a 12-unit apartment building at 6464 W. 13th Ave. in Lakewood from 6464 W. 13th Avenue LLC for $1.575 million. Scott Fetter represented the buyer.

George Wolf Memorial Trust bought a 28-unit apartment building at 785 Humboldt St. in Denver from William L. Keating for $5.65 million. JB Hochman and Justin Brockman represented the seller.

Crosbie Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

Growlers USA leased 3,504 square feet at 11435 E. Briarwood Ave. in Englewood. Eli Boymel and Jeff Germain represented the landlord.

Millennium Dance Complex leased 4,368 square feet at 11435 E. Briarwood Ave. in Englewood. Eli Boymel and Jeff Germain represented the landlord.

King Soopers leased 22,651 square feet of land for a gas pad at 2351 S. Buckley Road in Aurora. Eli Boymel represented the landlord.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Linden Locus, LLC bought a 20-unit apartment property at 2366 S. Linden Court in Denver from Linden & Locust LLC for $2.1 million. Greg Price and Clayton Primm represented the buyer and the seller.
