Kaali Properties LLC bought a 14-unit apartment building at 1002 E. 10th Ave. in Denver from Ogden Park Town Homes LLC for $2.85 million. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller.

Katherine C. and David M. Gade bought a four-unit apartment building at 4350 Decatur St. in Denver from 5 Star Properties LLC for $653,000. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller.

Bayaud Street Apartments LLC bought an eight-unit apartment building at 126 W. Bayaud Ave. in Denver from Valley Properties LLLP for $810,000. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the seller.

Colliers International reports the following deal:

L&M Underground leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 1830 W. 64th Lane in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Tim Shay represented the landlord.

Transwestern reports the following deal:

Denver Athletic Supply leased 21,027 square feet of office space at 3101 S. Platte River Drive in Englewood. Steve Markle represented the tenant.
