Extant Brewing Co. d/b/a River North Brewery leased 8,643 square feet at 6021 N. Washington St. in Denver. Tyler Ryon and Tim Shay represented the tenant.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. leased 12,999 square feet of office space at 143 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant.

Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies Inc. leased 2,032 square feet of office space at 445 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Preston Dunn represented the tenant.

Glacier Construction leased 4,489 square feet of office space at 5460 S. Quebec St. in Greenwood Village. Kevin McKinnon, Brian Wingate and Ed Mullaney represented the landlord.

Crosbie Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

Bank of America leased 1,300 square feet at Westminster Plaza at 72nd Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Westminster. Rich Hobbs and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.
