Skyland Village LLC bought 4.25 acres of multi-residential land at 3540 E. 31st Ave. in Denver from Blue Rhino Investments Inc. for $3.65 million. Tom Wanberg represented the seller.

NetSuites, Inc. leased 19,565 square feet of office space at 8000 S. Chester St. in Centennial. Peter Thomas and Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

TRJ Properties LLC bought a four-unit apartment building at 7320 Tennyson St. in Westminster from Andrew Residences LLC for $435,000. Jeff Johnson, Greg Breslau and Matt Ritter represented the buyer. Thomas Graeve represented the seller.

Seventh and Sherman LLC bought a 5,237-square-foot retail building at 696 Sherman St. in Denver from DC Sherman LLC for $1.99 million. Rob Edwards and Tom Ethington represented the buyer.

Gault Capital Partners LLC bought a 17,809-square-foot building on 2.2 acres at 9843 Titan Court in Littleton from Shawn Martin for $1.294 million. Greg Knott, Brad Gilpin and Zach Smith represented the seller.

Claudrey LLC bought 3.5 acres of land at 2401 E. 40th Ave. in Denver from Hendricks Commercial Properties LLC for $1.275 million. Greg Knott represented the buyer.

Sapphire Place Apartments LLC bought a 21-unit apartment complex at 258 W. Powers Ave. in Littleton from LTK LLC for $1.6 million. Unique Apartment Group handled the transaction.
