M. Karen Christiansen bought a three-building, 90,300-square-foot office park at 6535-6595 S. Dayton St. in Greenwood Village from Dayton Office Park LLC for $6.6 million. Brandon Gouker represented the seller.

THFWest1 LLC bought a 20-unit apartment building at 833 Dexter St. in Denver from Jon Staenberg for $2.83 million. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the buyer.

Barnum Apartments LLC bought a seven-unit apartment building at 303 Hooker St. in Denver from Barnum Park Flats LLC for $650,000. Josh Newell represented the buyer and the seller.

LMD II LLC bought a 16,752-square-foot retail and mixed-use property at 2140-2160 E. 88th Ave. in Adams County from 88th Avenue Professional Building LLC for $1.425 million. Brandon Gouker represented the seller.

J&L Co. leased a storefront at Coal Mine Centre at 5935 S. Zang St. in Littleton. Rich Hobbs, Ely Boymel and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.
