JLL reports the following deals:

Capital Real Estate – Sunset Peak LLC bought a multi-family complex at 475 Russell Blvd. in Thornton from WSV Peak LLC for $26.83 million. Ray White represented the seller.

155 South Madison LLC bought a 42,138-square-foot office building at 155 S. Madison St. in Denver from MAD 155 LLC. Patrick Devereaux represented the seller.

SullivanHayes reports the following deals:

Aces High Liquor Store leased 5,292 square feet of retail space at 8763 E. Northfield Blvd. in Denver. Josh Burger represented the tenant.

Stargate School Property Corporation bought 73.9 acres of land at NEC 144th Avenue and Washington Street in Thornton from Big Dry Creek Investors LLC for $3.24 million. Bryan Slaughter represented the seller.

Larimer Zall LLC bought a 5,600-square-foot building at 2946 Larimer St. in Denver from Hi Land LLC for $1.125 million. Mike DePalma, Sean Kulzer and David Dobeck represented the seller.

Crosbie Real Estate reports the following deals:

Mathnasium leased 1,400 square feet at Ken Caryle Village at 12442 West Ken Caryl Ave. in Littleton. Rich Otterstetter and Eli Boymel represented the landlord.

Legal Community Credit Union leased 1,344 square feet at Coal Mine Centre at 5935 S. Zang St. in Littleton. Rich Hobbs, Eli Boymel and Sarah Alfano represented the landlord.
