Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Humboldt Apartments LLC bought a 13-unit apartment building at 1521 Humboldt St. in Denver from Humboldt Classic LLC for $1.919 million. Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter represented the buyer and the seller.

Craig and Wendy Cook bought an 11-unit apartment building at 3710 Upham St. in Wheat Ridge from Monkey Business LLC for $950,000. Josh Newell represented the buyer.

Fairbairn Commercial reports the following deal:

Aspen Seating LLC leased 31,873 square feet at 8100 Southpark Way in Littleton for a six-year term. Rick Giarratano handled lease negotiations.

DTZ reports the following deals:

Colorado Heirloom Inc. bought 16,200 square feet of industrial space at 1215 S. Grant Ave. in Loveland from Cadeka Properties LLC for $1.5 million. Aki Palmer and Jim Palmer represented the seller.

David C. Fry bought 13,600 square feet of office space at 1501 S. Lemay Ave. in Fort Collins from David Cooper for $1 million. Stuart Thomas represented the buyer.

Crosbie Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

Innovapor leased 1,446 square feet at Shoppes at the Meadows at 8331 S. Willow St. in Lone Tree. Rich Otterstetter represented the landlord.
