Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Handcock Park at Girard LLC bought a 38,970-square-foot office building at 15200 E. Girard Ave. in Aurora from 15200 E. Girard Ave. LLC for $2.65 million. Rob Edwards and Tom Ethington represented the seller.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Lima5000 LLC bought a 153,000-square-foot industrial building at 5000 Lima St. in Denver from Harrison Lima EAT LLC for $6.95 million. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm represented the buyer.

Franklin LLC bought a 12,500-square-foot infill site at 1450 Franklin St. in Denver from Jenny Provost for $675,000. Bob Busey and Richard Bowler represented the seller.

Chicago Mike’s leased 1,809 square feet at 11435 E. Briarwood Ave. in Englewood at Arapahoe Lima Center. Eli Boymel and Jeff Germain represented the landlord.
