Whole Foods Market renewed its lease for 121,189 square feet of industrial space at 17900 E. 32nd Ave. in Aurora. Steve Hager and Matt Trone represented the tenant.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Owl’s Nest LLC bought a 2,800-square-foot retail building at 845-853 E. Ohio Ave. in Denver from Janice K. McClure for $680,000. Matt Ritter, Jeff Johnson, Peter Sengelmann and Cody Stambaugh represented the seller. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.
