Advantage Electric bought a 2,400-square-foot industrial condo at 4475 W. 58th Ave. in Arvada. Tanner Johnson handled the transaction.

UBREAKIFIX leased 1,500 square feet at 1057 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Belmar. John Livaditis handled lease negotiations.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Enver from Denver Rug Cleaning leased 2,180 square feet of industrial space at 3420 S. Brady Court in Sheridan. Greg Knott and Zach Smith represented the landlord.

Bling It On Salon leased 1,119 square feet of retail space at Malley Heights Shopping Center in Northglenn. Greg Knott, Zach Smith and Brad Gilpin represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Johnson Estates LLC bought a 6,600-square-foot retail building at 4251 E. 104th Ave. in Thornton from Little INSAF LLC and Small Dreams LLC for $1.55 million. Justin Krieger represented the seller, and Scott Fetter represented the buyer.

Yosemite Street Partners LLC bought a 20-unit apartment building at 1205 Yosemite St. in Denver from 1205 Yosemite LLC for $1.035 million. Joe Hornstein represented the buyer.

Palleroni and Leite LLC bought a 21-unit apartment building at 1410 Poplar St. in Denver from Poplar Street Apartments LLC for $3.625 million. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the buyer and the seller.

Natural Food Works subleased 21,655 square feet of industrial space at 4220 Carson St. in Denver. Neil Littmann and Scott Reichenberg represented the tenant.

Crooked Stave CO Distributing Company LLC leased 21,600 square feet at 14185 E. 42nd Ave. in Denver. Kirk Vanino and Taylor Hazard represented the landlord.

Encore Innovations Investments LLC bought 18,550 square feet at 7074 Revere Parkway in Centennial from Westerman Family Interest LLC. Steve Hager and Matt Trone represented the seller.

Airport Circle Partners, LLC bought 4.62 acres at 16230 E. Airport Circle in Aurora from United Properties Southwest-Colorado 1, LLC. Steve Hager and Matt Trone represented the buyer.

Chaparrel Investments, LP bought 19,196 square feet at 16010 W. 5th Ave. in Golden from West 5th Avenue Industrial LLC. Kirk Vanino and Taylor Hazard represented the seller.
