GE Holdings LLC bought a duplex at 1712-16 W. 34th Ave. in Denver from Chocolate Chip Properties LLC for $542,500. Joe Hornstein represented the buyer.

An unnamed buyer bought a four-unit apartment building at 16453 E. 13th Place in Aurora for $360,000. Joe Hornsten represented the seller, and JB Hochman and Justin Brockman represented the buyer.

An unnamed buyer bought a 12-unit apartment building at 1695 Clinton St. in Aurora for $700,000. Joe Hornstein represented the buyer.

An unnamed buyer bought a 12-unit apartment building at 1350 Macon St. in Denver for $740,000. Joe Hornstein represented the seller and Scott Fetter represented the buyer.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following:

Liberty Global leased 70,000 square feet at the Triangle Building at 1550 Wewatta St. Thomas Lee represented the tenant.
