First Bank leased a pad site at Marketplace at Brighton Crossing at Himalaya and Bridge streets in Brighton. Scott Steputis and Rhonda Coy represented the seller.

Liquor Store leased space at Mayfair Center at 6201 E. 14th Ave. in Denver. Jeff Germain represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deal:

Colorado Muslim Community Center bought a 23,125-square-foot building at 15528 E. Hampden Circle in Aurora for $1.573 million. Greg Knott represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

1400 West Mississippi LLC bought the 24-unit Maple Manor apartment complex at 1400 W. Mississippi Ave. Josh Newell represented the seller.

Vukota Amherst Apartments LP bought the 81-unit Amherst Apartment Homes at 2775 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver from GPJ Realty LLC for $5.6 million. Josh Newell represented the seller and Robert Lawson represented the buyer.
