“I could see opening another one in the future, but that’s not something immediate,” said the owner of The Highland Home by Candyl.
The company, already operating in LoHi and RiNo, offers a Pilates-based workout.
One already has a presence in Cherry Creek.
Ironton Distillery also plans to relocate from the neighborhood to Boulder County next year.
The store opened in 2008. The complex also lost a Sears and Macy’s in recent years.
Sales are down 18 percent at Argonaut, and even more at a wine store in the heart of Cherry Creek.
“I did struggle with it because I loved being in this location and supporting the community there. But I think it’s the right thing to do to grow the business.”
“Our sales essentially double in December and then in January we have to pay the bill for that,” CEO says.
Ryders Public Safety doubled its space when it moved from Sheridan to its current location in 2022.
