“Bill” Ringsby, founded Denver-based Ringsby Truck Lines and later purchased Aspen Airways. The family, which sold the truck line in 1984 and the airline in 1990, also owned the Denver Rockets, the city’s first professional basketball team, from 1967 to 1974. 

“We’ve loved living here,” the seller said. “But we’re ready to transition back to be closer to family.”
