Generation Development purchased a 4,250-square-foot building on 0.45 acres at 1614-1618 N. Lafayette St. in Denver for $3.095 million from 1618 Lafayette LLC and Kira Golden. Condominiums are planned for the site. Diona Gouker and Heidi Finn represented the buyer.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Lennar Multifamily Communities LLC purchased 1115 Acoma St. in Denver, consisting of a 46,467-square-foot historic Evans School building and a 30,000-square-foot parking lot, for $18 million from Continuance LLC. Evan Makovsky of NAI Shames Makovsky and Darrin Revious, formerly of the firm, represented the seller.

Evans Partners LLC purchased the 46,467-square-foot historic Evans School building at 1115 Acoma St. for $11 million from Lennar Multifamily Communities LLC. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.

Denver Tower Property LLC purchased 4709 Tower Road in Denver, consisting of a 7-Eleven ground lease, for $1.9 million from CP Bedrock LLC. Chris Wiedenmayer represented the seller.

An investor advised by Zurich Alternative Asset Management LLC of New York purchased the 101,406-square-foot industrial building at 14603 East Moncrieff Place in Aurora for $9.9 million from Berkeley Partners of San Francisco. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger, Jim Bolt and Jessica Ostermick represented the seller.

Neil Botts purchased the four-unit mansion-turned-apartment-building at 1218-1220 S. Sherman St. for $990,000 from Mark and John Nicastro. The buyer plans to develop new for-sale housing at the site. Robert Bratley represented the seller.
