Mountain Elk Ridge LLC and CAIS Futures LLC purchased the 74,607-square-foot Parker Station retail and office property at 19751 E. Mainstreet in Parker for $18.5 million from TD Commercial Investments LLC. Jeff Johnson and Andrew Monette represented the buyer.

FDL LLC purchased the Country Meadows Square retail complex at 19539 Hess Road in Parker for $7.7 million from Country Meadows Development LLC. Jeff Johnson and Corey Sandberg represented the buyer.

Oneida Property LLC purchased the office building at 2055 and 2061 S. Oneida St. in Denver for $2.92 million from Topps Properties LLC. Corey Sandberg and Jeff Johnson represented the buyer and seller.

Stanley Flats LLC purchased the 10-unit apartment building at 2224 Dayton St. in Aurora for $1.56 million from 2501 South University LLC. Josh Newell and Barton Thompson represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

Central Connection LLC purchased 7220 Lafayette St. in Denver for $4.22 million from Center Greenhouse Inc. Barry Higgins represented the seller. Brandon Kramer represented the buyer.

Calvin D Marble Family Trust purchased the 7,418-square-foot building at 7979 E. Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village, currently leased to Macaroni Grill, for $3 million from 7979 Mac LLC. Drew Isaac represented the buyer and seller.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

Mountain Elk Ridge LLC and CAIS Futures LLC purchased the 74,607-square-foot Parker Station retail and office property at 19751 E. Mainstreet in Parker for $18.5 million from TD Commercial Investments LLC. John Witt and Mall Call represented the seller.

Rocky Mountain Parts leased 4,490 office square feet at 1410 Park St., Units G and
H, in Castle Rock. Jeff Brandon and Matt Kulbe represented the landlord.

Redefine HR leased 1,542 office square feet at 10579 Bradford Road, Suite 103, in Littleton. Matt Kulbe represented the landlord.

Urban Land Conservancy reports the following deal:

Urban Land Conservancy purchased the 26,000-square-foot Harlan Nonprofit Center West office building at 393 S. Harlan St. in Lakewood for $3 million from nonprofit Easterseals Colorado. ULC will lease the office space back to Easterseals as part of the purchase agreement.

Nexus Commercial Realty reports the following deals:

Ian Douglas Burks purchased the six-bedroom apartment building at 4630 Pierce St. in Wheat Ridge for $1.05 million from Quay Pierce LLC. Brandon Kaufman and Nik MacCarter represented the seller.

Avison Young reports the following deals:

Joint Restoration Foundation Inc. leased 9,874 office square feet at 7245 S. Havana St. in Centennial. Alec Wynne represented the tenant.

The Denver 100 leased 1,608 office square feet at 385 Inverness Pkwy in Englewood. Rick Egitto represented the tenant.
