Deals of note:

Workplace Resource leased 15,741 square feet of second-floor office space and 2,918 square feet of ground-floor retail space at Market Station in downtown Denver, developed by Continuum Partners and Clarion Partners. Todd Wheeler and Mike Coppola of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Matt Gautreau of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Golden Inn Investment LLC purchased 29300 U.S. Hwy. 40 in Evergreen for $17.75 million from T&T Hospitality Services Inc. The property is home to Comfort Suites Golden West On Evergreen Parkway.

Performance Contracting Inc. leased 77,141 industrial square feet at 19922 E. 22nd Ave. in Aurora. Solveig Tschudi Lawrence of Kentwood Commercial represented the tenant. Todd Witty and Doug Viseur of CBRE represented the landlord.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

1410 N Marion Apartments LLC purchased 40 multifamily units at 1410 N. Marion St. and 1321 E. 14th Ave. in Denver for $10 million from Wolcott Associates I LLC and Wolcott Associates II LLC. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti represented the buyer and seller.

1679 Harlan St LLC purchased 14,200 industrial square feet at 2622 S. Raritan Circle in Englewood for $1.9 million from 921 Capital Management LLC. Drew Williams, Kevin Calame, and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer and seller.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Lennox-Gentle Automation Inc. purchased 4725 N. Oakland St., Suite A & B, in Denver for $2.225 million from GS Oakland LLC. Jake Malman represented the seller. Alex Scott and Jason Russ of Fuller Real Estate represented the buyer.

7030 E 46th Ave LLC purchased 7030 E. 46th Avenue Drive, 1st Floor-H, in Denver for $360,000 from Lebsack Pitcher Trust. Matt Anton represented the buyer. Dallas Sandberg of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.

Newland 5532 LLC purchased 14 multifamily units at 5532 Newland Way in Arvada for $2.6 million from 1679 Harlan St LLC.  Robert Lawson and Luke Salazar were involved in the transaction.

Jefferson Holding Company LLC purchased 2,000 retail square feet occupied by Starbucks at 26724 Conifer Town Center Drive in Conifer for $1.62 million from Red Heart Holdings LLC. Justin Krieger represented the buyer. Parker Brown of CBRE represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Cascade Property Management LLC purchased the two-story, 8,360-square-foot office building with 27 parking spaces at 1634 Downing St. in Denver for $2.04 million from Snake Ridge LLC. Cory Gross and Erik Enstad represented the seller.

Impact Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Takayama Inc purchased 1.19 acres at 18704 Cottonwood Drive in Parker for $1.089 million from Stratus Crown Point LLC. Heather Taylor, Sarah Sparks and Natalie Phoenix represented the seller. Randall Stein of Skeena Holdings LLC represented the buyer.
