Jaden Hanson brought his 25-person realtor business back to the firm where he launched it.
Hanson launched the Mile High Lifestyles team at Your Castle Real Estate in 2018 before moving the group to Compass for six years. In January, he returned to Your Castle. He said his group has brokered $500 million in sales since 2018.
Hanson said he hopes to grow it to between 75 and 100 agents by the end of the year.
Hanson said two factors drove the switch: his team needed more support and he wanted a more favorable commission structure for agents.
Your Castle Senior Director Jeremy Lambert said the brokerage was happy to welcome the team back.
“We provide the systems, support, and structure that top-producing teams need,” Lambert said.
At Compass, the agents paid the brokerage a share of their commission on all sales. At Your Castle, agents will not have to pay more once they hit a set amount depending on their experience and sales.
Hanson said most of his agents made the switch to Your Castle.
Joe Solomon, a Mile High team member who has sold real estate for seven years, said he’s pleased with the shift.
“You can get help when you need it to cover an open house, or you can go on vacation and not worry because you know you have people who will take care of things and have your best interests at heart.”
