Deals of note:

Front Range Passenger Rail District, the entity working to develop a rail network along the Interstate 25 corridor, leased 1,600 office square feet at 1800 W. 33rd Avenue in LoHi from Varone Market LLC. Karen Landers of Kentwood Commercial represented the tenant. 

The City and County of Denver purchased approximately 3.1 acres of land at 17598 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. in Denver for $2.71 million from Evergreen-Green Valley Ranch & Telluride Land LLC. The city plans to build a parks and recreation maintenance facility on site. 

PCBP Properties Inc. purchased 5170 N. Kalamath St. in Denver, a 45,000-square-foot warehouse built in 1967, for $4.81 million from Pacific Coast Building Products Inc. 

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Colorado Windows & Restoration LLC purchased 1,200 industrial square feet at 9341 Commerce Center St., Unit D2, for $375,000 from Julio Corona. Chris Camozzi and Brandon Langiewicz represented the seller. 

Trans Fitness Center LLC leased 3,040 retail square feet at 1550 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver from Florida Mall LLC. Chris Lindgren represented the tenant. 

Artworktee LLC leased 2,746 industrial square feet at 3370 Peoria St. in Aurora from Rosenben GW LLC. Christo Manos and Brandon Langiewicz represented the tenant. 

Panee and Martin Flores leased 1,560 retail square feet at 4275 Wadsworth Blvd. in Wheat Ridge from Roger Loecher. Michael Crawford represented the landlord. 

Kentwood Commercial reports the following deals:

IMI Norgren LLC subleased 7,683 office square feet at 7979 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver from Lithic Foods. Randy Swearingen represented the landlord. Janessa Biller of JLL represented the subtenant.
