Deals of note:

HSR 828 LP purchased Via Apartments at 828 N. Broadway in Denver’s Cap Hill for $62 million from Azure Via Modern LP. Matt Barnett, Dan Woodward, Jake Young and David Potarf of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller. 

San Francisco-based Long Capital Investors purchased Link 35, a 66-unit apartment building with 10,000 square feet of ground retail at 3418 Larimer St. in Denver’s RiNo for $21.5 million from California-based John Evilsizor Realty. Nick Steele and Nate Moyer of Berkadia Denver represented the seller.

The City of Arvada purchased 4600 W. 60th Ave. in Arvada for $3.05 million from 4600 W. 60th Avenue LLC. 

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

BMD Dayton II LLC purchased 750 Dayton St. in Aurora — a 21-unit, 11,250-square-foot multifamily property — for $2.58 million from Thomas Lowrey and Gregory Hakim. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter represented the buyer.

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Apollo Management 57Ave LLC purchased a six-unit multifamily property at 5925 Yukon Court in Arvada for $1.18 million from Brooks Properties – Yukon LLC. Kevin Woolsey and Colby Constantine represented both sides.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

709 W Eighth Ave LLC purchased the restaurant building at 709 W. 8th Ave. in Denver’s Lincoln Park for $585,000 from Grandma Properties LLC. Carlos Valencia represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Newmark reports the following deals:

Structures Holdings LLC purchased 2,381 office square feet at Building C at 4 Inverness Court in Englewood for $375,000 from RBSV LLC. Keith Bell represented the seller. 

Relentless Volleyball Club leased 39,595 industrial square feet at 3533 Timber Mill Pkwy. in Castle Rock. Mike Wafer, Jr. represented the tenant. 

Hospice of Metro Denver Inc leased 20,176 square feet at 13650 Mississippi Ave. in Aurora. John Gustafson represented the tenant.

ZTL Partners LLC leased 5,000 industrial square feet at Norfolk Tech Center, Buildings 1 and 2, at 16608 E 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Mike Wafer Jr. represented the landlord. 

Malco Auto Supply LLC leased 3,900 industrial square feet at 2464 S. Tejon St. in Englewood. Brian Wingate represented the tenant. 

Lincoln Property Company reports the following deals:

El Valle Foods leased 13,515 square feet at 13450 E. Smith Rd. in Aurora. Sam Slaton and Mark Dwyer handled the transaction.

Out & Back Outdoor leased an additional 12,780 square feet at 3869 Steele St. in Denver. Mark Dwyer and Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord.

Stoneham Drilling leased 1,529 square feet at 1776 Lincoln St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant.

Homewell Care Services of Colorado leased 748 square feet at 10495 Progress Way in Parker. Mark Dwyer represented the landlord.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Inspirescapes leased 2,552 square feet at 7121 Irving St. in Westminster. Jesse Woods represented the tenant.

CO Best Service LLC leased 2,004 office square feet at 363 S. Harlan St. in Lakewood. Alex Scott and Travis Wanger worked the transaction.

Brainstorm Therapy Services LLC leased 758 office square feet at 393 S. Harlan St. in Lakewood. Alex Scott and Travis Wanger worked the transaction.
