  1. Top commercial real estate sales and leases in Denver

    The 107-unit apartment building at 255 N. Washington St. in Denver sold for $63 million.

  2. 1. Seagate Properties purchased the 107-unit My Block Wash Park apartment building at 255 N. Washington St. in Denver for $63 million from the Sepic family. The building is 78,512 square feet, making the deal worth $802 a square foot. Robert Bratley of JLL represented the seller.

2.Shushi spot Temaki Den expanded its operations inside The Source at 3330 Brighton Blvd., taking over a space vacated in early 2021 by Crooked Stave brewery. With this new deal, Temaki Den will occupy around 5,000 square feet. Adam Larkey, director of sales and leasing at Zeppelin, brokered the deal.

3. 2935 N Zuni LLC purchased 2415 W. Dunkeld Place and 2949 N. Zuni St. in Denver for $5.5 million from The Martin Benson Trust.

Salty Dog Properties LLC purchased the 37,458-square-foot shopping center at 9012, 9032  and 9142 W. Ken Caryl Ave. in Littleton for $4.6 million from Mozart Properties LLC. Dallas Sandberg represented the seller. Thomas Graeve represented the buyer.

Old North Holdings LLC purchased 7,943 office square feet at 3280 Wadsworth Blvd. in Wheat Ridge for $1.2 million from BPD Holdings LLC. Greg Titus and Eric Shaw represented the seller.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deal:

Parker Center LLC purchased 10.55 acres at 895 Ridge Road in Castle Rock for $3.5 million from James Dean Bertelsen Trust. Matt Call and Jeff Brandon represented the seller. Mitch Trevey and Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

The Edmond J. Secard and Lisa A. Secard Family Trust purchased the O’Reilly Auto Parts property at 5807 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood for $2.8 million from The Lanet Family Trust – QTIP Trust. Brandon Gayeski represented the buyer and seller.

Runt & Bro Willow LLC purchased the motel at 8500 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver for $2.8 million from SHCJ Enterprises LLC. Brian McKernan was a transaction broker.

Aspen Oil Recycling purchased 8,400 warehouse square feet on 2.2 acres at 9305 N. Highway 85 in Littleton for $2.5 million. Greg Knott and Earl Duffy represented the seller.

Tufts Prop LLC purchased 13,252 office/warehouse square feet at 1445-1451 W. Tufts Ave. in Englewood for $2 million from Ski & Sea International Inc. Earl Duffy and Greg’s Knott represented the buyer.

Geiger Bros. leased 15,648 industrial square feet at 3179 S. Platte River Drive in Englewood. Kyle VanCamp represented the tenant. T.J. Smith and Tom Stahl of Colliers represented the landlord.

Triax Engineering leased 5,880 industrial square feet at 5371 Magnolia St. in Commerce City. Nick Jurgens represented the tenant.
