CBRE reports the following deal:

California-based Oakmont Properties purchased Fusion 355, a newly built apartment complex at 355 Eldorado Blvd. in Broomfield for $90 million from California-based AG Spanos. Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett represented the seller. Marc Ross of CBRE’s Sacramento office represented the buyer.

Aqyre Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Chantal Paschetta purchased a six-unit multifamily property at 5795 S. Bannock St. in Littleton for $1.05 million from Derrick Price. Jack Sherman and Dan Hawthorne represented the seller. Arend Accola of Altos Realty represented the buyer.

Unique Properties reports the following deal:

Diverse Blue QOF LLC purchased 709 Julian St. in Westminster for $750,000 from Jacob Andrew Krebs. Michael DeSantis and Brett MacDougall represented the seller.

DePaul Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Zayo Group LLC leased 50,000 industria square feet at 20901 E. 32nd Pkwy. in Aurora. Paul DeCrescentis and Jarod Pate represented the tenant. David Hazlett and Tom Stahl of Colliers International represented the landlord.

C & S Drywall Inc. leased 4,715 industrial square feet at 3538 Peoria St. in Aurora. Jarod Pate represented the landlord.

Finish 1st Marketing leased 3,063 industrial square feet at 3370 Peoria St. in Aurora. Matt Keyerleber and T.J. Smith of Colliers and Jarod Pate of DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord. John Patterson of JP Enterprises LLC represented the tenant.

Beeline Denver Inc leased 2,102 industrial square feet at 3508 Peoria St. in Aurora. Jarod Pate represented the landlord.

Threewit-Cooper Cement Co, a Denver-based masonry building product supplier, leased 25,208 industrial square feet at 500 W. 53rd Place in Denver. Aaron Valdez, Tyler Smith and Alec Rhodes represented the landlord.
