Fairfield Parkfield LLC purchased the Parkfield Apartment Homes, a sprawling apartment complex at 16199 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. in Denver for $120 million from SCG Atlas Parkfield LLC. 

Chef Daniel Young leased 2,558 restaurant square feet at 909 Bannock St. inside the Parq on Speer in the Golden Triangle for a restaurant called Hamba. Jori Hayes of SVN Denver Commercial represented the landlord, Greystar. The tenant was represented by Steven “Jimmy” Stretz II with Infinity One Realty.

Sairam Northglenn LLC purchased a three-story La Quinta Inn with 131 rooms at 345 W. 120th Ave. in Westminster for $8.6 million from Denver Northglenn Hotels LLC. The property was built in 1986 and renovated in 2023. Skyler Cooper and Christy McDougall of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

SVN Denver Commercial Reports the following deals:

Guardian Fueling Technologies leased 10,000 industrial square feet at 4275 S Navajo St. Unit B in Englewood.  Bill Reilly and Jack Reilly represented the tenant.

Deseo Salon & BlowDry leased 2,290 retail square feet at 3600 W. 29th Ave. in Denver. Peter O’Bryan and Jori Hayes represented the landlord, Thrive Development Company. The tenant was represented by Lily Armstrong of JLL.

4101 Liquor Inc. leased 1,305 retail square feet at 4101 N. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. The landlord was represented by Ryan Bengford.

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:

Campos Law Firm LLC purchased a 5,710-square-foot office condo at 6020 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village for $1.28 million from Iceland Millennium LLC. John V. Propp and Jim Wanzeck of Re/Max Professionals represented the seller. 

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Kaycha Labs LLC leased 9,976 industrial square feet at 3940 N. Holly St. in Denver. Chris Lindgren represented the tenant. 

Turf Pros Solution LLC leased 6,000 industrial square feet at 2500 W. 4th Ave. in Denver.  Brandon Langiewicz represented the tenant. 

Accelerated Chemical Efficiencies leased 640 office square feet at 311 Detroit St. in Denver. Lisa Langiewicz represented the landlord, LEL Enterprises LLC.

Better Brain Balance leased 330 office square feet at 10268 W. Centennial Road Suite E in Littleton. Lisa Langiewicz represented the landlord, Ken Caryl Executive Plaza LLC. 

Kalyn Berghoefer leased 316 office square feet at 6438 S. Quebec St. Suite 316 in Centennial. Lisa Langiewicz and Brandon Langiewicz represented the landlord, 6438 S Quebec LLC. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Actors Company and Theater School leased 5,700 square feet at the Fairlanes Shopping Center at 6520 Wadsworth Blvd. Suite 220 in Arvada. Dan Prevedel represented the landlord, Fairlanes Shopping Center. Peter Pasque and David Pasque of Newheight Real Estate Services LLC represented the tenant.

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Mermaid Walking Boutique LLC leased 900 retail square feet for $34 a foot over five years at 5760-5762 Olde Wadsworth Blvd., Unit D in Arvada.

Rosie’s Ice Cream LLC leased 1,274 square feet for five years at $3,000 a month at 1083 S. Pearl St. in Denver. Zachary Bierman represented the landlord, Black Palm Investments LLC. 

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deals:

Hickory Point Partners LLC, a Wisconsin entity, purchased a 12-unit, 10,728-square-foot apartment building at 757-761 Oak St. in Lakewood for $2.52 million from Oak Street Apartments South LLC and the Wagner Family Living Trust. The deal sold off the market within a week of listing after eight tours and multiple offers. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman worked with the buyer and seller.

Petra Properties LLC purchased a 36,000-square-foot industrial property at 8085-8095 Oneida St. in Commerce City for $5.5 million from Dexter Street Six LLC. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the seller. Drew Williams represented the buyer.

Peter David Wiechecki purchased a four-unit, 2,917-square-foot apartment building at 2045 S Josephine St. in Denver for $1.2 million from Mark Esterl and Aldrich B Barnes III. Jack Sherman and Hunter Schaefer represented the buyer and seller.
