Tiffany Square Preservation LP purchased the Tiffany Square Apartments in Lakewood at 935 Sheridan Blvd. and 5255 W. Ninth Ave. in Lakewood for $20 million from EW GP Associates LP.
150 Spring St LLC purchased The Lodge at Red Rocks, a nursing home at 150 Spring St. in Morrison, for $17 million from Bear Creek CTR Realty LLC.
TruAmerica Multifamily purchased WestLink at Oak Station, a 244-unit apartment complex at 1665 Pierson St. in Lakewood for $7.2 million from Lakewood Multifamily DST. TruAmerica plans to renovate all of the units with new plumbing and lighting fixtures, along with smart thermostats. Shane Ozment and Terrance Hunt of CBRE brokered the deal.

1220 Allison LLC purchased a 12-unit apartment building at 1220 Allison St. in Lakewood for $2.35 million from Holiday Park of Muncie Inc. and 1220 Allison Street LLC. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman represented the seller.
Quinn Martin and Alonso Fernandez Maldonado purchased a four-unit apartment building at 2520 W. 65th Place in unincorporated Adams County for $981,960 from VareCo SFR LLC. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman represented the seller.

7588 Holdings LLC purchased a 6,833-square-foot industrial building on 1.66 acres at 30495 and 30515 Bryant Drive in Evergreen for $1.85 million from D&J Towing. Robert Edwards of Blue West Capital represented the buyer. Tanner Fanello represented the seller.
AFS Brighton LLC purchased an 8.9-acre industrial development site at 12235 Oakland St. in Brighton for $1.75 million from Brighton Industrial Real Estate LLC. Tanner Fanello represented the seller.
