Park Burger will soon serve its final bites in the Highlands.
The local chain, which has been at 2643 W. 32nd Ave. for 15 years, will close July 28 as its lease ends, parent company Gastamo Group announced Wednesday.
Gastamo, which was founded by Jean-Philippe Failyau in 2009 and is led by CEO Peter Newlin, still operates Park Burgers in the Platt Park and Hilltop neighborhoods. It closed an outpost in RiNo in 2024, where a Mediterranean chain has since opened.
The group is behind a $30 million, Peyton Manning-backed restaurant development in Littleton. Gastamo also runs local brands Perdida, Homegrown Tap & Dough, Park & Co. and Lady Nomada.
“Being part of the Highlands community has been a genuine honor — one we don’t take lightly as we say goodbye,” Gastamo said in a statement. “To our team, our regulars, and this neighborhood: thank you. Your support over the years has meant everything.”
The restaurant’s building is owned by an LLC tied to Long Nguyen, who runs Saigon Noodle Club by PKR in Edgewater Public Market. He bought the building for $3 million in March 2025, records show.
Nguyen did not return a request for comment from BusinessDen.
