Investor sues former startup CEO for fraud

Jordan Eisenberg, president of Urgent-Rx, describes his company's powdered aspirin and pain relief sold in single-dose packets. Turns out this is very handy for first-responders such as EMTs and ski patrols who need to administer aspirin to people having heart attacks.
