A Cherry Hills Village mansion that sold for $10.2 million topped April home sales for the region.
Four Boulder homes also made the list.
Trevor Gallup and Lynn Honderd sold the Cherry Hills home. Gallup is a mortgage banker and Honderd is one of the founders of Mary’s Medicinals, a cannabis product company.
The couple purchased the house for $4.6 million in October 2020.

Michelle Warner and Maddie Johnson with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers. Grace Sullivan and the Bob Brown Team at Milehimodern represented the buyer.
The mansion listed for $10.5 million on Feb. 20 and went under contract on March 10. The sale closed on April 30.
