Former Bronco star Shaquil “Shaq” Barrett, a member of two Super Bowl-winning teams, and his wife Jordanna paid $4.7 million to purchase a new Parker mansion.
Barrett, an outside linebacker who played football at Colorado State University, signed with the Broncos in 2014 and played for the team for five seasons before joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was named to the Pro Bowl and All-Pro teams in 2019 and won Super Bowl rings with the Broncos in 2016 and the Buccaneers in 2021.
Preston Newberry with Your Castle Real Estate listed the five-bedroom, seven-bath home under construction by Carbon, a Franktown-based real estate developer, and design and build contractor.
The 8,190-square-foot home at 7894 Forest Keep Circle sits on a 1.7-acre wooded lot at the Colorado Golf Club and offers mountain views.
Realtor Christine Gulley with Colorado Home Realty represented the Barretts.
She said the couple feels like Colorado is home and see the house as their forever home once Barrett retires from football.
“Of course, they will come here sporadically to enjoy the house and use it as a getaway from Tampa.”
