The 360 Degrees apartment complex in Centennial sold for $115 million.

1. 7700 Peakview Avenue LLC, affiliated with Griffis Residential, purchased the 304-unit 360 Degrees apartment complex at 7700 E. Peakview Ave. in Centennial for $115 million. Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.

2. Bodies by Perseverance leased 2,250 retail square feet in a Stanley Marketplace outparcel at 2501 N. Dallas St. in Aurora. David Schneider represented the landlord.

3. 7th and Grant LLC purchased 100-104, 108-116 and 120 E. 9th Ave. and 858 Lincoln Ave. in Denver for $3.6 million from 858 Lincoln LLC.

Gruber Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

WeDontWaste Inc. purchased 29,600 warehouse square feet at 6090 E. 39th Ave. in Denver for $4.8 million from Laureen Direnna. Russell Gruber represented the buyer. Sam Dragan of CBRE represented the seller.

Denver Intermodal Xpress leased 64,428 warehouse square feet at 4250 Oneida St. in Denver. Russell Gruber represented the tenant. Joe Krahn of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

Dakland Solutions leased 18,605 warehouse/distribution square feet at 4105 Holly St. in Denver. Steve Fletcher represented the landlord. Alec Torkelson of JLL represented the tenant.

Colorosa Commercial Properties reports the following deals:

CMK Stout Street Properties LLC purchased 800 Park Avenue West in Denver for $2.6 million from Ski Park Ave LLC. Rachel Colorosa represented the buyer and seller.

CMK Stout Street Properties LLC purchased 2201 Stout St. in Denver for $2 million from The Salvation Army. Rachel Colorosa represented the buyer and seller.

Husch Blackwell Strategies leased 6,830 office square feet at 1600 Broadway, Suite 500, in Denver. JR Blitzer represented the tenant. Michael Crane of JLL represented the landlord.

CBRE reports the following deal:

The Doughnut Social, Premier Martial Arts and the U.S. Army separately leased a combined 4,320 retail square feet at Palizzi Marketplace at 450 E. Bromley Lane in Brighton. Molly Bayer represented the landlord.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

Cyber Mall LLC leased 3,546 industrial square feet at 788 Vallejo St. in Denver. Andrew Dodgen represented the landlord.

RedMonkey Sports LLC leased 1,011 square feet at 19750 E. Parker Square Drive in Parker. Mike Haley and John Becker represented the tenant.

Cieba Project USA leased 1,144 office square feet at 363 S. Harlan St. in Lakewood. Alex Scott and Travis Wanger represented the landlord.

1341 N Cook (Denver) SM-1 LLC and other entities purchased 1341 N. Cook St. in Denver for $3.6 million from Bogro III LLC.

4455 West Colfax LLC purchased 4050 Tejon St. in Denver for $1.1 million from Zijian Zheng and Yanfeng Wang.

Grandeza En Lo Simple LLC purchased 5105 Cook St. in Denver for $4.9 million from IG Cook LLC.
