Semref Jefferson Park LLC purchased the 122-unit The Walcott apartment complex at 2920 W. 29th Ave. in Denver for $56 million from Waypoint Walcott Denver Owner LLC. Robert Bratley, Pamela Koster, Jordan Robbins, Chris Hart, Shea Conway and Jacob Frishman represented the seller.
