The building is fully leased to Beverage Distributors Co. LLC, whose parent company is Breakthru Beverage Group. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger, Jim Bolt, Mike Winn and Jessica Ostermick represented the seller.
Dallas-based Dalfen Industrial purchased the 75,000-square-foot distribution building at 15800 E. 40th Ave. in Aurora for $7.125 million from Serta Simmons Bedding. Todd Witty and Doug Viseur represented the seller.
