An out-of-state investor purchased Navajo Townhomes, the four townhomes at 3295 Navajo St. in Denver, for $2.5 million from Denver-based developer Lumen Homes. Robert Bratley represented the buyer, who plans to rent the units.

Amacon purchased the 144,853-square-foot four-building medical complex at 1300-1390 S. Potomac St. in Aurora for $26.5 million from I-225 Kaiohu LLC. Brad Calbert, T.J. Smith and Nick Rice represented the seller.

Cannery Inn Row LP purchased Country Club Village, 33,091 retail square feet at 2721 and 2821-2851 W. 120th Ave. in Westminster, for $9.2 million from HP-CCV LLC. Ryan Bowlby represented the buyer.

4250 Broadway LLC purchased the 83,256-square-foot industrial building on 2.58 acres at 4220-4244 Broadway in Denver for $8.15 million from Helten Enterprises LLC. Brian Cox and Steve Suechting represented the seller.

IH Holdings Seventeen LLC purchased the 18-unit apartment building at 4993 King St. in Denver for $2.74 million from Howard Kippers. Josh Newell and Bart Thompson represented the seller.
