CapRidge Partners LLC purchased Westmoor Place 8, 9 and 10 — three office buildings at totaling 428,029 square feet at 11000, 11300 and 11400 Westmoor Circle in Westminster — for $71.1 million. Mark Katz and Peter Merrion represented the seller.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:

A joint venture between RMS Properties Company and Bow River Capital approximately 67 acres of industrial-zoned land at Washington Street and 148th Avenue in Thornton for approximately $4 million from Regal Properties Ltd. The development plan calls for approximately 900,000 square feet of Class A buildings. Matt Trone, Steve Hager and Joey Trinkle represented the seller.

Prososki Investments Inc purchased 1291 E. 54th Ave. in Denver for $2.8 million from Denver Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training. Dawn McCombs represented the seller.
