CBRE reports the following deals:

Irvine, California-based LBA Realty purchased Confluent Center 70, a 105,670-square-foot industrial development at 15100 E. 40th Ave. in Aurora, for $15.73 million from Confluent Development. Jeremy Ballenger and Tyler Carner represented the seller.

Transwestern reports the following deals:

29th Street Management LLC purchased the 40-unit Crestone Apartments at 55-65 N. Kuner Road in Brighton and the 36-unit Phoenix Apartments at 101-151 W. Egbert St. in Brighton for $9.5 million from Brighton Terrace Apartments LLC. Tom Wanberg and John Blackshire represented the seller.

Newmark Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Otis Street Associates LLC purchased 10,015 retail square feet at 16221 E. 40th Ave. in Denver for $4.43 million from PCL-G2 LLC. Chris Nordling represented the buyer.

AdCellerant leased 9,975 office square feet at 900 Bannock St. in Denver. Clay Jones and Tim Harrington represented the tenant.

Peak Utility Services Group Inc leased 3,935 office square feet at 7375 W. 52nd Ave. in Arvada. Jared Leabch and Roger Simpson represented the landlord.

Samuelson Holdings LLC leased 1,387 retail square feet at 101 Ulster Court in Denver. Michael Lindemann and Carolyn Martinez represented the tenant.

Antonoff and Co. reports the following deals:

The Prell Building LLC purchased 1200 W. Alameda Ave. in Denver for $3.05 million from BTS Lipan SE LLC. The property is currently home to a 7-Eleven. Jeffrey Hirschfeld represented the buyer. Rob Edwards and Tom Ethington of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.

Fire Generation Christian Family Church Int leased the retail space at 16740 and 16472 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora. Louis Lee represented the landlord.

KJ Moves You Services LLC leased the industrial property at 1944 S. Rosemary St. in Denver. Bob Bramble and Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord. Nick Yokey of Resolute Investments Inc represented the tenant.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

AHST 65 LLC purchased 14,595 industrial/flex square feet at 1416 Park St., Buildings 1 and 2, in Castle Rock for $2.25 million from Double JG LLC. Matt Call and John Witt represented the seller. Jeff Samuelson of Realty One Group Premier represented the buyer.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Bethel Eritrean Church purchased the 16,500-square-foot office building at 651 Chambers Road in Aurora for $1.33 million from Life Skills International Inc. Corey Sandberg and Jeff Johnson represented the seller.

Nexus Commercial Realty reports the following deal:

HLH LLC purchased 3746 Tejon St. in Denver for $830,000 from Connie Aiello. Adam Riddle represented the buyer.

Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners reports the following deal:

Pinnacle Architectural Lighting Inc will move into 172,627 square feet at 3801 N. Havana St. in Denver in the third quarter of this year.  Floor & Decor Outlets of America will move into 148,902 square feet at 10075 W. 40th Ave. later this month. Both addresses are part of Enterprise Park at Stapleton, which Etkin Johnson developed.

Steam on the Platte reports the following deals:

Latino-owned brewery Raices Brewing Co. will occupy a 6,062-square-foot former gas station at Steam on the Platte at 1401 Zuni St. in Denver.

Custom ballerina garment company Luckyleo Dancewear will occupy 3,253 square feet at STEAM on the Platte at 1401 Zuni St. in Denver.

Health Connect Properties reports the following deals:

NovaMed Surgery Center & Kidney Stone Center leased 4,000 square feet at Cherry Hills Medical Plaza at 3535 Lafayette St. in Englewood. Abby Bartolotta and Patricia Wassik represented the landlord.

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Carniceria Santa Rosalia LLC leased 2,660 retail square feet at 1454-1456 W. 104th Ave. in Northglenn. Gannon Roth represented the landlord.

Paleteria La Loteria LLC leased 1,353 retail square feet at 1418 W. 104th Ave. in Northglenn. Gannon Roth represented the landlord.

JPM LLC leased 534 office square feet at 50 S. Steele St., Unit 506, in Denver. Gannon Roth represented the tenant.
