Former Colorado Avalanche star Milan Hejduk is listing his Parker mansion, and it comes with an indoor hockey rink and Zamboni.

The Czech-born athlete played 14 seasons for the Avalanche.

“We’re marketing it to people who want to keep it as an ice rink because ice time is so expensive,” said listing broker Janice Schettler with Keller Williams DTC.

Schettler said the rink can be converted to other uses like a tennis court or RV storage.

It’s not the first time NHL players have slid into Denver’s real estate market, as Avalanche captain Gabe Landeskog bought a Hilltop mansion for $2.5 million last winter, and Francois Beauchemin listed his $3.5 million Greenwood Village home in November.

Address: 7895 Forest Keep Circle

List price: $5.2 million

Stats: 16,700 square feet with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home is on 2.25 acres.

Seller: Milan Hejduk and Zlatuse Hejdukova. Hejduk is a retired NHL hockey player who played 14 seasons for the Colorado Avalanche.

Listing brokers: Cody Korth and Janice Schettler with Keller Williams DTC.

The finer things: Seven fireplaces, three laundry rooms, a gated driveway and an indoor hockey rink with its own Zamboni.
