The former Lululemon space in Cherry Creek North has landed another Canadian retail tenant.

Menswear company Indochino leased space at 105-158 Fillmore St. for its first Denver showroom, the company confirmed. Lululemon rolled up its mat and moved to the Cherry Creek Shopping Center in 2017.

Indochino, founded in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2007, sells custom garments.

Customers at one of Indochino’s showrooms can get their measurements taken and pick out fabrics, lapels and other options. Suits range in price from $389 to $500 on the company’s website.

It has more than 500 employees.

Indochino joins a group of Denver homegrown custom suit companies, including Bespoke Edge and LoHi’s Ratio Clothing.

Denver brokerage firm The Zall Company represented the landlord.
