Four years after putting an office in LoDo, a California sales performance software firm gives the spot high marks.

Xactly last week announced it was taking 4,000 more square feet at 1860 Blake St. The company was in 8,000 square feet on the third floor.

Sean Murray, VP of general business global sales, said Xactly leased more space on the second floor.

“We didn’t want to leave … LoDo is a great location for talent acquisition. The employees we want to hire, they want to be in LoDo.”

Founded in 2005, Xactly sells cloud-based software that automates sales commission percentages. Instead of calculating commissions for individual employees, the software more efficiently tallies earned commissions to cut down on human error and time.

The firm provides 12 years of empirical data to help guide clients through sales growth. For instance, some companies might want to recognize customer satisfaction, while others want to reward employees for sales numbers.

Xactly also offers analytics and a mobile app for sales employees to track progress on sales goals.

Murray said the company employs 75 people at its Denver office and plans to add 25 this year. Most hires will be in sales.

Matt Davidson, Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons III of Newmark Knight Frank represented Xactly in its lease, Murray said, which includes an expansion of 3,554 square feet in Suite 210 and 8,284 square feet in Suites 300 and 320.

Xactly’s headquarters are in San Jose, California. Besides Denver, it also has offices in Washington, D.C., the U.K. and India.
