Deals of note:

Brookfield Properties purchased The Village at Legacy Ridge, an apartment community at 3850 W 112th Ave. in Westminster, for $68.74 million from Mar Legacy Ridge LLC. 

Flywheel Capital purchased two industrial outdoor storage properties on a combined 4.58 acres at 4790 Cook St. in Denver and 5790 Dahlia St. in Commerce City for $6.8 million from Bespoke Holdings. Mike Wafer, Mike Viehmann and Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark represented the seller.

P9S LLC and ARH-bp11 LLC purchased an apartment complex at 1100 S. Bellaire St. in Glendale for $6.6 million from Ariana I LLC. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Las Vegas Lucky Investment LLC purchased 11100 East 51st Ave., a fully-leased marijuana grow in Montbello for $10.7 million from GS 51ST LLC. Jake Malman represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

7090 E Hampden LLC purchased 7090 E. Hampden Ave., a 7,430-square-foot office building in Denver for $1.9 million from South Light LLC. The buyer owns a Cherry Creek medical spa and will open a business there later this year or early next year. Cody Stambaugh, Elizabeth Morgan and Kyle Moyer represented the buyer.

Blue Sky 37 LLC purchased 265 S. Yuma St., an eight-unit apartment building in Denver for $1.65 million from 265 S Yuma LLC. The seller spent over $500,000 renovating the building. Jim Knowlton represented the seller. 

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Paymaster LLC purchased 6025 E. 14th Ave., a six-unit, 6,131-square-foot apartment complex in Denver for $1.65 million from the Mildred M Wade Trust. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the buyer.

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Mike Ellison purchased the 4,175-square-foot 7035 S Fulton St. in Centennial for $1.15 million from Lillian Porter. Brandon Langiewicz and Chris Camozzi represented the buyer. 

SavedBy Package Protection leased 2,000 office square feet at 1075 S. Yukon St., Suite 230 in Lakewood. Chris Lindgren represented the tenant. 

Julio Corona leased 1,200 industrial square feet at 9658 Havana St., Unit B12 in Commerce City. Brandon Langiewicz and Chris Camozzi represented the tenant. 

Lincoln Property Company reports the following deals:

The Weitz Company leased 9,173 office square feet at 4725 S. Monaco St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord, Mark IV Capital.

CMC Group leased 3,686 office square feet at 2000 N. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord.

Computer Enterprises leased 1,638 office square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Deals from deeds:

JV Property Oakland LLC purchased 4705 Oakland St., Unit A in Denver for $2.58 million from Carrick Properties LLC. 

DB Forty First Flex LLC purchased 7499 E. 41st Ave. in Denver for $2.45 million from Kelly Supply Company.
