Deals of note:

Columbine Towers Owner LLC purchased the Columbine Towers at 1750 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver’s Ruby Hill for $34 million from Columbine Tower LLC. The roughly 100,000-square-foot building has 170 units across 14 floors, primarily serving seniors and those with disabilities. Brandon Kaufman of Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate worked the deal. 

Eastcreek LLC purchased 420 S. Airport Blvd. in Arapahoe County for $2.39 million from Evergreen-Airport & Alameda LLC. 

Lincoln Park Investor LLC purchased 1005-1017 W. 14th Ave., a townhome-style apartment building in Denver’s Lincoln Park for $2.8 million ($350,000 per unit) from Drena K. Fairchild. Brandon Kaufman of Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate worked both sides of the deal.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

788 Vallejo Investment LLC purchased a 10,638-square-foot industrial property at 788, 792 and 796 Vallejo St. in Denver for $1.8 million from Ken and Edward Simon, along with others. Andrew Dodgen represented the seller. Greg Knott of Unique Properties represented the buyer.

Newmark reports the following deals:

Tract Management Company LP leased 20,704 office square feet at 3200 Cherry Creek S. Drive in Denver. Peter Staab and Nathan Johnson represented the landlord.

Unite America leased 5,915 office square feet at 1660 Lincoln St. in Denver. Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons represented the tenant.

Loadsmith LLC leased 4,600 office square feet at 1875 Lawrence St. in Denver. Reed McLaughlin, Thomas Lee and Jonathan Tilton represented the tenant.

Bad Ry Solutions LLC leased 1,936 industrial square feet at 14 Inverness Drive E., Building A, in Englewood. Keith Bell represented the landlord. 

Centrepoint Support Living leased 1,131 industrial square feet at 14 Inverness Drive E., Building D, in Englewood. Keith Bell represented the landlord. 

Lincoln Property Company reports the following deals:

KREDO Inc leased 78,401 industrial square feet at 12900 E. Smith Road in Aurora. Mark Dwyer and Peter Thomas represented the tenant.

Rocky Vista University leased 6,484 square feet at 9635 Maroon Circle in Englewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

Power Health Colorado leased 1,465 office square feet at 3801 E. Florida Ave. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord. 

LGI Homes leased 3,192 office square feet at 2000 S Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Scott Caldwell, Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Innovative Real Estate leased 2,307 office square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Geosyntec Consultants leased 2,065 office square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Figment Floral leased 1,341 retail square feet at 3857 Steele St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Mark Dwyer represented the landlord. 

Vinohrady Ventures reports the following deal:

Vinohrady Ventures, a real estate consulting firm founded by Steve Scrivener, helped client Gallup Development secure a construction loan for the firm’s development of four live-work townhomes in LoHi. The lender was a Colorado-based private debt fund. The completed value of the townhomes is about $3.2 million.
