A new five-story office building is taking shape on one end of LoHi’s Platte Street.
Paulino Gardens is discounting all its remaining inventory before it shuts its doors for good on July 28.
After a five-year hiatus, Colorado is getting a mulligan at professional golf.
The golf course has been closed since the end of 2018, and has been the subject of litigation since a planned sale to the city fell apart in late 2017.
The business previously operated in RiNo and Ballpark.
The new location will be on Tennyson Street in Berkeley. But the business still will be called South Broadway Country Club.
“I think it’s really kind of special to Denver,” buyer Marti Page said of the art, a favorite on Instagram.
The company — the largest of the “iBuyers” — says it doesn’t aim to make money on the resale, but rather on the fee it charges individuals from which it buys homes. Even then, profit margins are slim.
Owner: “There are some great bars and restaurants on Main Street and on Wadsworth, but there really aren’t any unique bars or lounges where you can go sit and have a cocktail.”
Evo Rock + Fitness, which operates climbing gyms in Louisville as well as New Hampshire and Maine, expects to open the facility in early 2020.
