Deals of note:

The Cherry Creek School District leased 57,000-square-feet across three floors at Metropoint II, 4610 South Ulster St., in Denver. Kolbel and Company and Real Capital Solutions purchased Metropoint I and II last year for $22 million, and are in the midst of a $10 million renovation of the buildings. Mitch Bradley and Lindsey Gilbert of CBRE were the leasing brokers in the deal.

Aurora Plaza LLC purchased a shopping center at 15001-15293 E. Mississippi Ave. in Aurora for $16 million from Aurora Retail LLC. 

Castle Rock area liquor stores Bubbles Liquor World and Tiny Bubbles were sold to new owners and placed on new leases, combining for $767,000 annually in rent with ten year terms each. The businesses generate around $15 million in annual revenue. Bubbles Liquor World is situated in 27,395-square-feet at 675 Genoa Way and Tiny Bubbles has a 4,000-square-foot space at 804 N. Ridge Road, Unit #A. Levi Saxen and Jack Eberwein of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the sellers. 

Blue West Capital reports the following deal:

Elevation Dermatology purchased a 7,786-square-foot building at 264 Union Boulevard in Lakewood for $2.3 million from FirstBank. Eric Diesch and Bryce McNeely represented the seller. 

Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deal:

Pearl Publishing Media Group LLC and Runaway Bridal leased 2,360 square feet and 3,655 square feet, respectively, at 3141 Walnut St. in Denver. Amanda Tompkins represented the landlord. Justin Herman of Unique Properties represented Pearl Publishing.

Deals from deeds:

Dabbs Investment LLC purchased a retail portfolio of 601 Washington Ave. in Golden, 1233 S. Sheridan Blvd. in Lakewood and 7680 W. 88th Ave. in Arvada for $6.5 million from 3 Amigos Retail LLC. 

Known Lease LLC purchased 897 S. Havana St. in Aurora for $4.4 million from T Square One LLC. 

Sunoco Retail LLC purchased 1253 W. Alameda Ave. in Denver for $2.24 million from 9700 Montview LLC. 

4275 S Chambers LLC purchased 4275 S Chambers Way in Aurora for $1.45 million from GLS Enterprises LLC. 

42SPM LLC purchased 3880 S. Kalamath St. in Englewood for $1.4 million from Cranes Unlimited LLC. 

Starr Specialty Contractors purchased 4900 E. 39th Ave. in Denver for $1.10 million from JBT Holdings LLC.
