The company, currently at 777 Grant St., previously developed projects including Edgewater Public Market and RiNo’s Larimer 30 in RiNo. Eric Shaw of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented LCP.
Geneva St LLC purchased 500 Geneva St., a nursing home in Aurora, for $15 million from 500 Geneva Street CO LLC.
Denver-based Knightbridge Capital purchased Kings Brook Arms, a 34-unit apartment complex at 3445 S. Marion St. in Englewood, for $5.1 million from Marion Investors Group LLC. Mark, Jim and Chris Knowlton of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors brokered the deal.Â

Marshall Manor 14 LP purchased the 14-unit Marshall Manor Apartments, 6499 W. 38th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $2.85 million from 6499 W 38th LLC. The building has seen substantial upgrades over the past few years including new windows, new electrical panels, new roof and improvements to 75% of the units. Jim Knowlton brokered the transaction.

Choice Digital leased 10,735 square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.Â
Flock Homes leased 5,217 square feet at 2930 Umatilla St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant.
