NF V ES-W III Den Thornton LLC purchased a WoodSpring Suites hotel at 16125 Washington St. in Thornton for $9.38 million from BG Edge Hotel Property I LLC.
Ace Pickleball Club, a national pickleball franchise, is planning to open its first Colorado location at 6626 S. Parker Road in Aurora this fall in a 30,000-square-foot facility with nine courts.

Quebec Square 25 LP purchased a 150,000-square-foot retail center on 13.5 acres at 7306 E. 36th Ave. in Denver for $56.67 million from Alto Quebec Square LP. The site, just off I-70, is home to national retailers PetSmart, Office Depot and Ross Dress for Less. Jason Schmidt and Austin Snedden represented the seller.
