Table Mesa FJM LLC purchased Outlook Table Mesa, a 250-unit apartment complex at 4051 Clear Creek Drive in Wheat Ridge, for $97 million from Evergreen-40th & Clear Creek Crossing Apartments LLC. The 12.2-acre site was opened in March 2024 and includes 15 residential buildings.
RedPeak Properties purchased Trocadero Apartments, a 74-unit apartment complex at 4655 W. 37th Ave. in Denver, for $15 million from HGV Multifamily LP. Robert Edwards and Tom Ethington of Blue West Capital brokered the deal.
3420 LLC purchased three retail condos at 3420 W. 32nd Ave. in Denver for $3.44 million from the Elken Family Partnership LLLP and Julian 32 Group LLC. The units are occupied by Lululemon, Pure Barre and Skin Laundry. Teal Hagan and Brandon Kaufman of Kaufman Hagan represented the seller.
