Deals of note:

MIG RE Investors purchased Basecamp Apartments, a 72-unit complex built in 2020 at 1620 8th St. in Golden, for $35.5 million from Confluence Cos. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop brokered the deal.

The Orchard Town Center, a large retail center in Westminster, announced that it recently added five new tenants:

  • Activate, an immersive and interactive indoor gaming area, opened February 2025
  • Pandora, the chain jewelry store, opened April 2025
  • Swing 365 Golf, a golf simulator spot, opening May 2025
  • Postino WineCafe, opening mid-summer 2025: This will be Postino’s sixth Colorado spot, home to bruschetta and charcuterie boards paired with a large selection of wines.
  • PF Chang’s, the national Asian food chain, opening late summer 2025

Newmark reports the following deal:

11th Avenue Residential LLC purchased 7,804 office square feet at 1660 17th St. in Denver for $3.4 million from Struby Warehouse First Floor LLC. Reed Mclaughlin, Thomas Lee and Jonathan Tilton represented the buyer. 

DP Media Network LLC subleased 5,909 office square feet at Building F, 14 Inverness Drive E. in Englewood. Keith Bell represented the sublandlord. 

Kentwood Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Support Management Properties LLC purchased a 24,795-square-foot office building at 6775 E. Evans Ave. in Denver for $2.65 million from Lansing Family LLC. Jim Tyler and Bobby Bolyard represented the buyer. 

Flatirons Field Services LLC leased 8,552 office square feet at 10385 Westmoor Drive, Suite 225 in Westminster. Jim Tyler and Bobby Bolyard represented the tenant. 

MMG reports the following deal:

1362 N Lafayette St LLC purchased 1362 Lafayette St., a nine-unit, 4,292-square-foot apartment building in Denver for $1.5 million from George Wong Lee. Kevin Woolsey and Sam Bretz brokered the transaction.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

The Learned Company LLC purchased a 5,907-square-foot industrial condo at 775 S. Jason St. in Denver for $1.19 million from 775 S Jason Street LLC. Shane Robson represented the seller. Jarod Pate of DePaul Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer. 

Impact Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Pyre Vape leased 1,452 retail square feet for five years at 12201 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Alexis Thomas and Anthony Palumbo represented the tenant. Sarah Alfano of JLL represented the landlord.

U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) leased 1,299 office square feet at 360 Station St., Suite 300 in Lone Tree for a district office. Heather Taylor and Anthony Palumbo were involved in the deal.

Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. reports the following deal:

Express Wireless leased 2,340 industrial square feet at 10 S. Havana St. Units 111R, 112R and 113R in Aurora. Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord, Havana Office Park & Mini Storage. 

Deals from deeds:

RSP Holdings LLC purchased 2575 W. Alamo Ave. in Littleton for $1.2 million from Serac Investments LLC.  

Trevino Law, based in Austin, purchased a retail condo on the ground floor of 1499 Blake St. in Denver for $410,000 from 1499 Blake Street LLC.
