30 S Pearl – 20 S. Washington LLC purchased two apartment buildings at 30 S. Pearl St. and 20 S. Washington St. in Denver for $11.73 million from 30 South Pearl LLC and Palos Verdes Investment CO LLC.

DoubleBay Partners purchased 8203, 8239 and 8243 S. Holly St., the site of the 67,915-square-foot Heritage Green Plaza shopping center in Greenwood Village for $9.25 million from Heritage Green LLC. Ray Rosado represented both sides of the deal.

Northwest Aerie FOE 4019 purchased a 9,286-square-foot lodge/meeting hall at 8151 Bradburn Drive in Westminster for $1.63 million from the Westminster Temple Association Inc. Brandi Spencer and Danchen Astle represented the seller. David Fingerhut and Stuart Dobson of Colorado Real Estate Brokers Inc represented the buyer.
