NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Fit Properties Inc purchased a 20-unit, 13,850-square-foot apartment building at 195 Jackson St. in Denver for $6.3 million from Vareco 195 Jackson LLC. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen worked both sides.

Landsea Homes reports the following deal:

Landsea Homes purchased 32 future homesites at 168th Avenue and 19th Avenue in the Cherry Meadows master-planned community in Brighton for $4 million, with future homes ranging from 1,473 to 2,937 square feet. 

Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deal:

Colorado Canine Club Property LLC purchased a pet care facility at 10719 E. Parker Road in Parker for $2.45 million from Club Pet Inc. The site, Colorado Canine Club’s second location, is a 24.4-acre campus with five buildings totalling 15,336 square feet. Amanda Tompkins represented the buyer. Karen Landers of Kentwood Commercial represented the seller. 

2300 S Wabash LLC purchased a 5,670-square-foot, two-story warehouse at 650 N. Kalamath St. in Denver for $950,000 from 650 Kalamath LLC. Pat Henry, Boston Weir, and CJ Toohey represented the seller. Matt Landes of J&B Building Company represented the buyer. 

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal: 

3950 S Mariposa LLC purchased an industrial property at 3960 S. Mariposa St. in Englewood for $1.1 million from Zunkel LLC. The buyer also purchased the neighboring 3950 S. Mariposa St. property for $1.1 million from Mariposa Street Properties LLC. The small-bay industrial property consisted of eight 2,000-square-foot units. Peter Sengelmann represented the seller. 

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

JTN Holdings LLC purchased 7108 S. Alton Way, #J, a 6,280-square-foot industrial condo in Centennial for $1.34 million from Surtek 100 LLC. Jason Russ represented the buyer. Chadd Nelson and Erik Enstad of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. 

Kristen and Timothy Giltinan purchased a 1,796 office condo at 11178 Huron St., Unit 6 in Northglenn for $318,000 from Real Estate Matters Corp. Brian Baker represented the seller. Candice Oh of Berkshire Hathaway represented the buyer. 

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

The company recently completed five “spec” suites on the third floor of Tower II of the Colorado Center, 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. The following tenants have signed for the spaces:

  • NYMBL Science leased a 4,378-square foot suite and was represented by Josh Pons of Newmark.
  • LGI Homes leased a 3,192-square-foot suite and was represented by Jeff Caldwell of Pinnacle Real Estate.
  • Lee & Associates leased a 5,340-square-foot suite, represented in-house by JR Bitzer.
  • Essex Financial leased a 5,970-square-foot suite, represented by Blake Holcomb of CBRE.
  • Bryten Real Estate partners leased a 3,281-square-foot suite.

Lincoln owns the Colorado Center in partnership with ASB Real Estate Investments and provides leasing, construction and property management services for the property.

CBRE reports the following deal: 

CBRE has secured a $28 million loan for Gerrity Group’s acquisition of Arvada Marketplace at 7370 West 52nd Avenue in Arvada. Mark McGovern, Brian Cruz, and Morgon Fraser with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt and Structured Finance team in San Diego secured the acquisition financing for a five-year term at a fixed rate. The 284,637-square-foot space features a mix of national and local tenants, including Sam’s Club, Michaels, Ulta Beauty and Five Below.

BCM Atlantic Lone Tree LLC purchased an apartment complex at 10185 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree for $138.25 million from Park Meadows CO Partners LLC.

BPVIF VI Holdings 5 LLC purchased a 272,800-square-foot warehouse on a 16.4-acre lot for $27.23 million from 104 Commerce Park 1 LLC.

BPVIF VI Holdings 5 LLC purchased a 298,200-square-foot warehouse on a 17.6-acre lot for $29.77 million from 104 Commerce Park 1 LLC.

1500 West Campus LLC purchased 1500 W. Campus Drive, an industrial/office building in Littleton for $6.25 million from CCI Thermal Technologies Delaware Inc.

Trinity SCS Real Estate LLC purchased an industrial property at 6270 E. 50th Ave. in Commerce City for $5.25 million from Albrook Partners LLC.

5353 Joliet Street LLC purchased a warehouse at 5353 Joliet St. in Denver for $2.8 million from 5353 Joliet LLC. 

Camelid Investments LLC purchased an office building at 12600 W. Cedar Drive in Lakewood for $2.1 million from 12600 W Cedar Drive LLC.
