Law firm Sherman & Howard expanded its approximately 60,000-square-foot lease at Block 162, the office tower at 675 15th St. developed by Patrinely Group, by 20 percent. The firm, which already had the 23rd and 24th floors, took an additional 12,049 square feet on the 22nd floor.
The Bascom Group LLC purchased the 230-unit, age-restricted Avenida Lakewood apartment complex at 11001 W. 15th Place in Lakewood for $77 million from Avenida Partners. Ryan Maconachy, Chad Lavender, Courtney Crowder and Jack Kachadurian of Newmark represented the seller.
