Globetrotters II LLC purchased the two-story building at 2364-2366 15th St. in Denver for $1.5 million from 2364 Fifteenth Street LLC. Just Be Kitchen leases the first floor. The second-floor office space is vacant. Brett MacDougall and Michael DeSantis of Unique Properties represented the seller. David Leuthold of St. Charles Town Co. represented the buyer.

Fleming Building LLC purchased 17,500 square feet at 70 N. Broadway in Denver for $6.335 million from 70 Broadway LLC. Todd Snyder and Joey Gargotto represented the seller.

Asia Center Development LLC purchased 19,000 retail square feet at Asia Center at 1000 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver for $5.75 million from South Federal Retail LLC. Louis Lee of Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. represented the seller.

CBRE reports the following deal:

Asana Partners purchased 2401 15th St. and 1537, 1549 and 1553 Platte St. for $39.75 million from Unico Properties and Goldman Sachs. Tim Richey, Jenny Knowlton, Charley Will and Chad Flynn brokered the sale.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

KSE Revesco Zuni LLLP purchased 2.5 acres at 1380 and 1432 Zuni St. and 1940, 1948 and 1950 W. 14th Ave. in Denver for $7.35 million from Siegel Real Estate Holdings LLC. Evan Makovsky, Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.

Dazzle One LLC purchased 7,087 office square feet at 2839 W. 44th Ave. in Denver for $1.525 million from Association for Senior Citizen Inc. Jonathan Power represented the buyer.

1725 Blake LLC purchased 15,751 office square feet at 1725 Blake St. in Denver for $4.02 million from Tap & Derrick II LLC. Todd Snyder of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the buyer.

Western Proppants LLC leased 5,062 office square feet at 1625 Broadway, Suite 2610 and 2620, in Denver. Ana Sandomire and Peter Knisely represented the tenant.

Ninth Square Real Estate Partners purchased 15 multifamily units at 815 E. Ellsworth Ave. in Denver for $3.5 million from Peak Properties. Greg Parker, Jason Hornik, Kent Guerin and Matt Droz represented the seller.

RJA LLC purchased 1480 W. Canal Court in Littleton for $1.65 million from Congregation Yeshuat Tsion. Cory Gross and Erik Enstad were involved in the transaction.
