2. Culture Street leased 10,000 square feet at 1550 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Kyle Framson, Stacey Glenn and Stuart Zall of The Zall Company represented the landlord and tenant.

3. Cobblestone Denver Propco LLC purchased 0.93 acres at the northwest corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Beverly Boulevard in Castle Pines for $1.8 million from HS Development LLC.
